The Dualshock gamepad is displayed in the Help tab in the Roblox Menu on the PS5 console.
We reproduce this bug at Playgrounds Basketball - Roblox and ⚽ Super Striker League 🎃 - Roblox .

Steps:

  1. Launch the game on PS5
  2. Open the Roblox settings
  3. Go to the Help tab
  4. Pay attention that the Dualshock gamepad is displayed
    Platform: PS5
    Repro Frequency: 100%

Expected behavior

The Dualsense gamepad is displayed in the Help tab in the Roblox Menu at PS5 console

Hi ovvlman,

Thank you for the report. I want to close the loop on this ticket here - I know it is not intuitive but because Roblox is installed a PS4 title on your PS5 the expectation is that the dualshock controller is displayed rather than the dualsense controller. This is actually the expected behavior from Sony’s guidelines until Roblox is available as a ‘PS5 title’
