I like the creativity of this but I feel like the character is shadowed by the vast sea of sand so maybe zoom in the camera more. Also depends on if you want this a great empty desert or you could add more stuff in the background.

The soldier or explorer (guilty of not watching dune) could have a weapon or something because they are just sinking in the sand but I don’t know anything rlly cuz i haven’t watched it

It’s good! but in my opinion, you should maybe add more things in the background as it feels a little bit… empty… Dunno, it just feels like that too me because I don’t watch Dune. the effects and stuff just looks pretty good.

I like the composition. Consider removing the sun from the right of the picture, it doesn’t match the shadow of the ship and the character which have shadows right below them (implying the sun is right above them).
I would also recommend removing the sparkles/flame particles from the image. I wouldn’t know why they’re in there, nothing seems to be on fire.

The sparkles is “spice” which is part of the world of dune

Dune should be a lot more realistic including sand in the air.
