Dunkin’ Queen Shift Guide
Welcome to the Dunkin’ Queen Shift Guide! Below will show you all the information you need to host a shift, and to understand how to promote people at the Bakery! The Senior High Rank Team is thrilled to announce that the rank General Managers+ are able to host shifts at any moment in time!
Below you will have a DETAILED guide to how to host it, ways to announce it, and what to do during the shift. If you have questions at anytime, join our Communications Server and open a ticket!
Before Your Shift
Greetings HR Team Members! Before you start your shift, we ask that you have already read through this guide to make sure you understand everything! Like said above, join our Communications Server if you need assistance!
- Before your shift starts, make sure your admin in game is working and you don’t have any issues at that moment in time.
- Then make sure you have the guide easily accessible as well as access to the Communications Server!
- To start your shift, go to the Staff Bot Commands channel and run the command
!session
Once you’ve ran that command, your session will have started!
During Your Shift
During your shift, you will need to be in the game and alert. You will have certain lines you have to state at the start, during, and after. Before your shift starts, you should make this announcement in-game…
h Staff please head down to the basement, for STS.
h Welcome to the XX:XX Shift; I am your host <YOUR USERNAME>! This shift will be starting momentarily.
Once that disappears then say…
h If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask myself or another staff member!
h Please head upstairs and start working!
Shifts should last around 30 minutes, if they are a little less or a little more that is totally okay! If you need help during your shift, please create a ticket in the Communications Server!
After 15 minutes have passed please say this in-game…
h We are halfway through our shift! Please keep up the great work!
At the end of the Shift, we ask you say this announcement…
h Sadly the shift is coming to a close, join me outside for a photo!
You should make your way to a certain area where you would like to take a photo! Please now move on to the After Your Shift area.
After Your Shift
Congrats! You’ve finished your shift, wonderful job! If there are SHRs in game and you would like to promote a MR or LR please ask them. If there isn’t please log it in the promotion-request channel! If you encountered any errors during your shift, that would require a staff demotion please log it in the demotion-request channel!
