Frequently Asked Questions
How can I become staff?
You can go to our Application Center and apply 24/7, however you must receive a passing grade to be ranked to Trainee! You are also able to purchase a gamepass, and go to our Rank Donation Center to receive your rank!
How can I rank up?
Ranking up is an easy task, if you are an LR or Staff Assistant you can rank up just simply by gaining points (How to gain points will be discussed later). You can rank up from our Supervisor+ by either passing our Departmental Applications that open every month OR by showing great activity!
How do I report someone not following the Staff Guidelines?
You can report staff members not following the Staff Guidelines either on the Group Wall or in our Communications Server. We ask that you provide proof for these things!
I found a glitch, how can I report it?
If you find a glitch within our Bakery, please report it to a member of our Development Team.

Greetings Staff Team! On behalf of the Senior High Rank Team we are thrilled to announce our new Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct will go over all important information needed for you to be successful and not to get demoted! A few important pieces of information you need to know…
- A uniform must be worn at all times
- Grammar must be used for Junior Barista+
- Trolling as a Staff Member will not be tolerated and will result in a termination.
- Admin Abuse is not allowed under ANY circumstance and will result in a termination.
- Unprofessionalism is not tolerated and will result in a termination.

Greetings Staff Team! Promotions are a huge accomplishment here at Dunkin’ Queen and we want to make sure you understand how to get promoted! The promotion guide is below for all ranks!
Trainee —> Junior Barista requires 75 Points
Junior Barista —> Barista requires 150 Points
Barista —> Senior Barista requires 250 Points
Senior Barista —> Staff Assistant requires 500 Points
Staff Assistant —> Supervisor requires 1000 Points
