To the best of my knowledge, these are actually two slightly different shades. I seem to remember when I actually checked in-game, despite their appearance within the palette.
Woot3, what you saw in-game was the randomized brickcolor shades like this: (left = left color on site palette, right = right color)
They are indeed a duplicate. 1017 and 1005 are the same color. 1005 is in the studio palette, while the site’s fake 1017 two over from the 1005 is wrongly replacing another color.
