Rules & Guidelines

Roleplay Rules:

  1. Fail roleplay, which is defined as not roleplaying a vehicle accident, ignoring roleplay actions, is not permitted & can result in a ban which cannot exceed 14 days.
  2. Leaving to avoid arrest, which is defined as leaving the game during an altercation with law enforcement which would result in an arrest, is not permitted & can result in a ban which cannot exceed 5 days.
  3. Spawn killing, which is defined as killing someone when they just joined the game/respawned, is not permitted & can result in a ban which cannot exceed 3 days.
  4. Random death match, abbreviated as RDM, is defined as randomly killing someone without any roleplay involved beforehand. RDM is not permitted & can result in a ban that cannot exceed 7 days.
  5. Exploiting, which is defined by using an unfair advantage over others with usage of a third-party client is not permitted & will result in a permanent ban.
  6. Glitching, which is defined by abusing bugs to gain an advantage over others (without use of a third-party client, see rule 5), is not permitted & will result in a ban which cannot exceed 14 days.
  7. Forging, which is defined as changing information (for example, modifying a screenshot that tells false information), is not permitted & will result in a ban up to 14 days or permanent.
  8. Violating Terms of Use, also known as terms of service, is defined as breaking rules Roblox lists under their terms of use, is not permitted & will result in a permanent ban.
  9. Stealing assets, is defined as using assets that are created for Duval County and its developers is not permitted & will result in a permanent ban.

:warning: Permanent bans will also be issued when someone reaches three temporary bans.
