DVN Warfare DEMO is LIVE!

after a long months into development, it’s time that i open this game for everyone, to test, with many features added to the game that fills the gap once again, This update mainly focuses on adding more NPCs, tools, gameplay mechanics etc, while there is still nothing much going on, i’ve included a fix into this game that still needs a confirmation.


–[DEMO UPDATE LOGS]–

  • + 3 New Classes available to test (there is no passive perk added yet)

    • Assault, Default class
    • Sharpshooter, a mix between Scout and Recon
    • Engineer, support class
  • Added 3 tools to the game

    • Defibrillator
    • M16
    • PDC
  • Added 3 different NPCs to the pool

    • Daedalus (BOSS)
    • Saboteur
    • Shielder
  • +Added Daedalus back into the game, fix as promised.
  • +EXP Rewards are now possible by killing enemies.
  • +The terminal to change class is now in the lobby for everyone to try!
  • +Added more tools to the shop

–[[ ADJUSTMENTS / FIX ]]–

  • Fixed where music tends to start changing on round start
  • Ragdolls have been modified to interfere with physics
  • Hopefully Fixed issue where PlayersAlive would not manage in some occasions, This was stuck in the Dev Build 4 by a mistake
  • NPCs now spawn based on a pool list.
  • Sound volume has been re-adjusted, mostly reducing the sound of NPCs.
  • Camera shake on melee swing is now swapped to each kills.
  • Hopefully fixed a voting option where it multiplies and exceeds the amount of it
  • After playing to the end, you will receive a badge and 5k EXP rewards at the end, also reloads your character to the lobby.
  • Removed Chief’s Rifle, you served us well.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.
  • Removed some musics, once again, reason is they dont fit
  • Modified the game over screen to not overfire the events, This fixes the softlocking servers where it tends to wait for one player to play the cutscene.
  • Cloaker and Daedalus melee hitbox is now entirely based on single parts instead of raycast, This simply fixes the hitbox not being able to hit players
  • Now in some cases where Client stuff takes too long to load, ive added a cooldown to the script to make sure that it runs after character loads into the game, mostly this is to fix health GUI
  • Improved Health icon shake.
