Dynamic head size validation issue

Continuing the discussion from UGC Bundle Arm X-Axis minimum bounding size not accounted for:

Hello,

Following the recent changes to the Dynamic Head policy, we are currently updating all bundle items that include Dynamic Heads.

For bundles with standard humanoid head shapes, we were able to make the required adjustments without issue.

However, for character bundles with Dynamic Head, Validation Error Messages are continuously being displayed that “DynamicHead meshes and joint X axis size of ‘1.84’ is larger than the max allowed bounding box X axis size of ‘1.50’.”

Our Dynamic heads are not very large compared to other marketplace items, but the new size validation prevents the assets from passing moderation, making it impossible to update those bundles.

Even the official Goblin reference model provided by Roblox does not appear to pass this same size validation.

Could you please review whether the current validation limits are working as intended for non-standard character head shapes?

Thank you for the report. We have assigned to our team for review.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. The bounding box error you run into is not a new validation added recently. It has been there since the beginning of UGC validation. I think for the goblin head, the bounding box also compute the size with the ear, which makes it above the max allowed size.

Hello! However, when I uploaded my bundle before, I didn’t encounter any size validation errors like this. Has there been a change? If so, does this mean that it’s no longer possible to create and upload creature bundles with large heads?

These items are heads I previously created with monkey and cat designs, but they are no longer passing validation.

Hi, sorry just saw your message.

The answer is Yes, validation rules have been change in the past years. So if you are working on updating the Dynamic Heads, please make sure your asset can pass all the validations at the current moment. Appreciate the efforts!
