Dynamic Lighting does not respect to the surrounding time

Rendering level 1-15 has noticeable impacts on the water and its lighting. The screenshot shows rendering level 14 during night time. It confuses me, gameplay-wise.

I think this happens due to rendering level. Higher rendering level means more details and vice-versa. Probably on level 1 - 15 the engine “thinks” that this level is not high enough to make such detailed water.

Add fog at the end of the proper render distance

I’m not looking for a solution around this, I started to notice this a couple of weeks ago, that the water in far distances did not change their reflection to correct setting around the lighting environment.

Comfirmed as bug. Will fix soon.
