Dynamic Skies Are Getting Cloudy

Yes, It’s the default build of roblox studio. It auto updates, so I’m not sure why I still have clouds v1

Perhaps you should try restarting studio, or re-installing it. All of us are receiving the updates just fine. Perhaps your studio is broken?

I wouldn’t be surprised, I’ll try that now

I had to reinstall it 2 times before it worked. even after that, I had to enter and exit the baseplate 4 times before I could actually edit it. Thanks for the tip. I’ll be sure to do that every time nothing else works.

I don’t think it’s a glitch. Remember, this is only phase 1 not 2.

It was in phase 1 for over 5 months. so i think we are actually ready for phase 2 clouds

They technically just released Phase 1 a few days ago since they had practically redone the entire clouds instance. Were still months away from Phase 2 but I do believe they are on the right track now.

I had my doubts about Clouds in the initial release, but I’m tremendously impressed with the visuals now.

My only feedback is that the clouds seem a smidge too dark. It could be the lighting settings, but they seem bright enough by default. It’s possible to manually lighten Clouds by setting the Color values higher than 255, but I’m sure that’s not recommended usage.

Hello! I am a Roblox Developer, I have problems with the clouds, I added these clouds, and didn’t show up. When I deleted them from lighting, I noticed that when I search I don’t find them. When I went to enable it as a beta feature, I found it weird how I didn’t find it their. Please fix this bugs Roblox devs, I enjoy your service, but not like this. Please fix it as fast as you can!

Regards, Godplayer_xpx.

Put them in terrain. The clouds only work in there.

I knew the clouds would look even better eventually.
The clouds, even though they’re still in phase one and are missing some features (like being able to go above them), still look pretty good.

The clouds are definitely an upgrade even before phase one. The clouds look like they’re from real life, lower graphics quality suffer from literally still images though.

There’s still maybe a bug or two like the clouds over near the horizon going with jagged edges it seems making them look weird.

What an upgrade though.

What this is amazing especially for showcases as clouds are no longer blank

How do I add wind in roblox studio?

Hello!
So there was a problem that clouds were grayed out and did not displayed in the game. Is this a problem with lighting? I have automatic graphics mode so I think it’s not about graphics.

Please update me! Thanks!

They have to be added in terrain from insert objects not lighting.

And it’s normal to have that because when I pressed it still it worked.

Guys i actually found a real bug with phase 1 clouds with atmosphere property.

If you add atmosphere (If you never modified it) while phase 1 clouds is here, it will do this.

the atmosphere kinda hides the clouds except the sky and its also not same as clouds color, Its officially a bug. This needs to be fixed before the clouds is actually fully released. Because what about the games with atmosphere and phase 1 clouds just like jailbreak?
