Are the animations for R15 even final yet? Maybe it’s just a placeholder for the actual cheer animation
I doubt it’s final, but they released it.
Even if it would be “final”, there are tons of packages that need to be done compatible 
No, I don’t think they are final, but there was an actual cheer animation previously. I think @CodeWriter may have replaced it accidentally when he was updating the swimming animations.
