Earned Badges keeps getting awarded to the same players everytime they join a new server

Reproduction Steps
1. Join one of the experiences suggested below.
2. The Badge/Badges will appear once you join the experience.
3. Leave the experience and rejoin to join a new server.
4. The Badge/Badges will appear again when you join a new server.

Expected Behavior
The players should only see the badge awards popup once at the time when they earned it for the first time in the bottom corner.

Actual Behavior
Badges that you have already earned will reappear on your screen in the bottom corner everytime you rejoin a new server but not in the servers you previously joined.

This issue also affects the badge numbers earned on the website with a massive increase.
