Eastern European Roads

I want to make Eastern Europe roads, but I’m not really experienced, Is there a plugin, some tip or somwhere where I can hire a developer to make just roads?

i use archimedes for roads because it allows me to snake them along easily. there’s probably better alternatives on the toolbox (plugins)
