Editable instances uncreatable

Is anyone else getting the error(s)

Unable to create an Instance of type “EditableMesh”

or

Unable to create an Instance of type “EditableImage”

when trying to use editable instances? I tried using the command bar, changing places, using scripts, using localscripts, and nothing seems to be working. Everything was fine just a few days ago.
