I made this post because I’m interested in learn how to properly and effectively start a marketing plan for a Roblox game and make it popular from scratch.
Although I’ve been learning and trying different marketing strategies, there are still many things I’m unsure about. I’ve created multiple marketing plans for my projects, but they haven’t had the results I hoped for and pretty much feel like they were some wasted opportunities.
I’ve experimented with various marketing approaches for my personal projects, trying to figure out what works, but I’m now looking for clearer guidance on the most effective strategies to grow a game’s audience from the ground up.

I was managing a game (I won’t mention the name), and I was working on building a community around it by promoting the communications server and offering rewards and etc. I also tried to get more people to play the game, especially during the period when advertising credits were active in order to keep engagement high. At one point, I even asked friends to join and help me with activity in the game so the server wouldn’t appear inactive or empty but still useless. Ads were running, a few people were playing the game but almosy never new players were coming nor were there any promising opportunities seem to appear
