El Taco is a Mexican restaurant established in 2023. It is one of the first Mexican restaurants in the ROBLOX industry. El Taco welcomes you to try the typical Mexican dishes and to experience being in a restaurant with a different culture among the other cafes and restaurants.
This handbook contains important information related to our group. It will help you understand how El Taco works.

Alliance Application
Thanks for being interested in sending an Alliance Application and forming a partnership with El Taco! To request an Alliance Application there are some simple steps to follow.

Group must have 150 members.

Group must be active and willing to create events with our group.

Once we have confirmed that your group meets the requirements, you will need to answer this question with full detail, professionalism, and proper grammar.
Why do you want to create a partnership with El Taco? (5 sentences)
In order to submit your application, it is recommended that you create a Google document with your complete answer. Once you have completed the application, you can send it to one of our Chief Communications Officers and wait for a response. We wish you luck and hope to create a great partnership!
Code of Conduct
Respect other players
Treat all players with respect and refrain from engaging in any behavior that could be considered discriminatory, harassing, or offensive. Do not use any language that is inappropriate or offensive.
No griefing
Griefing, or intentionally ruining the game experience for others, is strictly prohibited.
Trolling
Trolling is strictly prohibited. If we encounter anything related to trolling, you will be reminded to stop once, if you do not cooperate, you will be banned from the server.
Exploiting
Exploiting or using glitches to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed. If we encounter anything related to this behavior, you will be banned from the server.
Be Appropriate
Keep all content and language appropriate for the game’s setting and age rating. Inappropriate language, topics, clothing, or behavior will result into a ban from the server.

- Customer
Customers play an essential role in bringing the restaurant to life and making the game more fun and enjoyable for everyone. As a customer, you have the power to create memorable experiences by interacting with other players, trying out our delicious Mexican dishes, and immersing yourself in the game’s atmosphere. We’re excited to have you as part of our community and can’t wait to see the unique contributions you’ll bring to El Taco.
- Noted Customer
A Noted Customer is a player who worked for El Taco and also was a High Rank before.
- Affiliate Representative
Affiliate Representative is a player who is affiliated with our group, but the player is still a Customer.
- Trainee
Trainee is the first rank when becoming a staff member at El Taco, these players must complete a training session in order to start working at El Taco.
- Junior Chef
Once you’re a Junior Chef, you can officially start working and start your career at El Taco. You can now access the kitchen and more!
- Chef
You keep the same duties as Junior Chef, the only thing that changes is that you have more knowledge and experience in the kitchen!
- Senior Chef
You keep the same duties as Chef, the only thing that changes is that you have more knowledge and experience in the kitchen!
- Head Chef
Once you’re a Head Chef, you’re eligible to become a Middle Rank here at El Taco. You’re the highest rank among low ranks. Head Chefs typically have extensive knowledge and may have worked their way up from lower positions in the kitchen.
- Supervisor
Supervisor is the first middle rank. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and patrolling the restaurant, ensuring everything is in order, and providing assistance to any lower-ranked staff members.
- Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, your primary responsibility is to supervise the restaurant. Additionally, Assistant Managers can now host sessions.
- Manager
Manager is the highest middle rank. Managers are expected to have extensive knowledge of El Taco and are eligible to become an Executive Assistant.
- Executive Manager
Executive Managers are responsible for a wide range of duties, including doing events, overseeing staff, and handling customer relations.
- Chief Communications Officer
Chief Communications Officers are responsible for managing the communication and public relations of the restaurant. They oversee and manage the communication channels, such as Discord and social media, and ensure that all communication is professional and in line with the restaurant’s image.
- Chief Recruitment Officer
Chief Recruitment Officers are responsible for managing the recruitment process for new members of the restaurant. They work with other high ranks members to identify and attract potential candidates, review applications, and make hiring decisions.
- Chief Staff Officer
Chief Staff Officers are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly, including staffing. They are also responsible for making sure that everyone is working together efficiently to achieve common goals.
- Vice President
Vice Presidents are responsible for managing the staff, ensuring the restaurant is running smoothly, and making sure that customer service is top-notch. They may also assist in making important decisions regarding menu items and promotions. The Vice President is often considered second-in-command and may take over the role of President if necessary.

The President makes final decisions and has the authority to appoint other high rank members, such as Vice Presidents and Chief Officers. They also play a key role in developing the group’s strategy and setting goals for the future. -
Developer
Lead builder and/or programmer of El Taco, in charge of developing and improving the restaurant, ensuring it works smoothly, and providing a great user experience. -
Vice Chairwoman
The Vice Chairwoman is a high rank officer who is responsible for assisting the Chairwoman in managing and overseeing the operations and activities of the restaurant. They work closely with the Chairwoman to develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the success of the restaurant.
- Chairwoman
Founder of the restaurant. The Chairwoman is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant, setting its goals and objectives, and making important decisions that affect its members.
Promotions
In order to obtain Junior Chef, you must go to a training session. After that, the promotion system works with “Taco Points”. Here are the points you need in order to be promoted.
Chef - 100 Taco Points
Senior Chef - 150 Taco Points
Head Chef - 200 Taco Points
In order to be promoted to Supervisor here are some steps you must consider:
- Activity
Here at El Taco, we are looking for Head Chefs who are active and willing to put a lot of effort into the restaurant. It’s not necessary to be active all the time, but if you can commit to at least 30 minutes daily, you will have a better chance of being promoted.
- No safechat
In order to obtain Supervisor, having a ROBLOX account without safechat is important, as it can be difficult to communicate with others when certain words are tagged.
- Must be on the communication server
It is important to be in the communication server since you will need to communicate with others and provide assistance to them.
- Professionalism
Here at El Taco, it is not necessary to use perfect grammar; however, you must maintain a professional demeanor at all times while working at the restaurant.
Low Ranks
As a low rank, it is not necessary to use perfect grammar at the restaurant. However, you must always be professional and respectful to others. It is not recommended to constantly ask for a promotion, as this may decrease your chances of being promoted. You must always behave appropriately, as we strive to maintain a healthy and positive community.
