Electron has a full-fledged moderation system and a reporting system for various types of content.
You can report the following content: Guilds
, Messages
, Players
You can report a message by right-clicking on it or pressing your finger on your mobile.
What’s going on with your report?
After submittion a report, it ends up in our internal list of reports for subsequent review. Next, the Electron moderator will begin reviewing your report, and if he considers the report valid, he will take action against the content and its creator on Electron.
You can see the status of your report in the ‘System Notices’ tab in the user settings.
We also recommend you to report people’s inappropriate messages on Roblox using the built-in feature on the Roblox Menu. How to Report Abuse on Roblox
You can also use the Support Form to contact Roblox.
Client Crash
We try our best to minimize the percentage of client crashes, but such cases still happen sometimes.
For this case, we have created two buttons in User Settings -> Advanced
.
If your client has stopped responding to button clicks, then we made sure that User Settings
could open for you so that you would click one of these two buttons to reset client state.
We recommend clicking the Restart Client
button, if this does not help, then click the Rejoin Place
button.
