Whenever you add an element (in my example a plain old frame) to a ScrollingFrame, it moves strangely. Here is an example:
Using offset seems to help until you actually scroll:
Expected behavior
The frame should move normally inside of the scrolling frame as it does in any other frame.

No they haven’t, they’ve filed a ticket in their internal database. I wonder why you haven’t got an update in months…
I feel like they’d update us if it wasn’t a bug, or maybe just close this report down. This is my first bug report though, so I may be wrong…
