From a closed topic: DevEx Eligible Robux Dropped to 0 Despite No Spending - #30 by ElusiveWind
Unfortunately, the DevEx page appears to show 0 Robux again despite no spending. I anticipate that this is a visual issue.
Browser Information: Firefox 138 on Windows NT 10
From what I’ve seen, it happens on and off. It was showing 0 for me 2 weeks ago, it showed the correct amount a few days ago, now it’s back to 0
Happening again for me too. @ElusiveWind This has happened like 5 times now 
FYI to newcomers experiencing this: it shouldn’t affect your ability to DevEx. This is purely a visual bug. If you can’t DevEx, it’s because you’re ineligible for other reasons
Thanks for reporting y’all, we’ve already identified the root cause and are in the process of having it fixed for everybody within the next few hours
As others mentioned - this is purely a visual bug.
If its any consolation, this was a different issue than previous ones, and its unlikely to affect us again.
It’s been 5 hours and the bug is still reproducible. 
I just checked and it’s fixed now, thanks!
