I am experiencing issue where my verified email removed from my account so account verification or account recovery wasn’t possible, when I contacted Roblox Support four times and they explained that they cannot verify ownership even I was reaching out using the only email ever linked to the account and had provided multiple screenshots as proof
-If the email is revoked, Support should lead the users through a fast and safe recovery procedure.
-if Support unable to confirm ownership, Roblox Support must provide verification options that include security questions ,passwords or previous transactions
Attempting to create your own Bug Report is probably your best bet, as individual posts are mainly related to the creator of the post. I don’t think that directly trying to contact Staff via DM’s on this site will work as I have already tried that and still have not gotten a reponse. But, you can try to if you like.
