CREATIVE CREW

As a Creative Crew, you are responsible for building the sets of plays. You also may create booths to style actors in.

You must build something related to the hosts theme and what they ask of you.

If you feel like your building skills aren’t great right now, feel free to attend F3X classes on Mondays and Saturdays.

If an actor wants you to style them, you may use the :hat, :shirt and :pants command on them. Learn dresses too if you can.

THEATRICAL CREW

As a Theatrical Crew, you are responsible for acting and hosting in plays.

If an exploiter intrudes the stage, notify a MR/HR to ban instantly.

When you host a show, you must call for actors, builders and technicians for it. Then add it to the show board in the lobby.

To narrate a show, you must use the :n command since “n” means narrate and notify, which is our custom command.

To actually host, you need to add yourself to the queue.

You cannot just make yourself part of the show, ask the host and always follow their commands.

LOBBY CREW

Lobby Crews do many jobs such as cleaning up the lobby and pool, being in the cafe, helping guests and hosting lobby games.

You should have a cafe greeting such as “Hello! Welcome to Emerald Theatre. How may I help”. Always treat with respect.

The cafe machines are very straightforward and the register is also quite easy to use, you can find recipes in our handbook.

When answering guest questions, you MUST show them respect and make sure all questions are answered.

TECHNOLOGY CREW

As a tech crew, don’t be scared to be creative with lighting and effects to make sure the play looks the best it can be.

Remember to only pick suitable songs for the specific play. Do not let other people override your music that you have planned.

The host should tell you all the music, and the host will tell you when to open curtains. You must ask the host to be tech.

Never abuse the technology. This means do not open curtains during a play and there are only IIII people max in tech booth.

THEATRE GUARD PAGE

As a Theatre Guard, you must be assertive and catch disruptive guests and audience members.

If you see a troller, make sure to click the security button to instantly call a MR/HR over. You may warn them if they are getting worse.

You must also be in the theatre when a show is going on to make sure people are seated and not causing trouble.

If there are no MR’s, call an SCS. If there are no SCS, you must try to stop them from causing more trouble until one turns up.
