Emojis Intellectual Property

Hey developers !

I’m planning do made a game which include the use of 3D emojis, and i’m wondering if this go agains’t the Intellectual Property Unicode.

I read somewhere that only the numerical emojis images are protected by the Intellectual Property and it also can depend of the emojis facial expression but i’m still not sure.

So my questions are:
I’m able to use 3D emojis into my game ?
Can i have any problems by using them ?

After a bit of researching…

All Unicode emoji are in the public domain and therefore may be used for any purpose, including commercial use without the need to obtain any consent. Unicode does not assign a numerical code to emoji which are proprietary.
