Inverse Kinematics Crashes Roblox Studio

Hello, [color=“FF0000”]Important UPDATE:[/color] Alright, I believe I have discovered the culprit of this issue. [image] Adaptive timestepping. This new beta feature apparently crashes the IK in the animation editor. The moment I turned it off and restarted studio it stopped crashing.

despite following the instruction from the solution above Studio will still crash

This has been broken for at least a year even before the beta features were introduced so I don’t think they are related.

I’d really appreciate it if this can be fixed once and for all, I’d like to make animations but I’m limited by this error.

Hi! Thanks for letting us know about the issue. We will be working on a fix for this issue. Please note that adaptive timestepping is still in beta, and having it on may cause issues in studio.
