Enemy NPC can't die after reaching 0 health

Hey guys, I just want to know what’s the cause of this issue where the NPC can’t die after reaching 0 health.

The issue was that I shoot an enemy NPC but the NPC can’t die after reaching 0 health but I got the video there to show you: - YouTube

I tried removing most of the people and then turning on streamingenabled but this didn’t work, even I tried on my phone and playing it on my PC but it still can’t die.

That is possibly a glitch with that Rthro model, is it a free model or did you script it yourself?

Context: I did use a free model because my game was intended to be a satire game about storming a YouTuber headquarters by the name of Storm Lisa Gaming ROBLOX Headquarters. and I modified the soldier to be Lisa’s soldiers, I have never modified the scripts since I do know that these might cause problems.

I know, I planned to make my game about Lisa Gaming because I was bored and nothing to do on my other big projects like working at some fast food chain and the game where its similar to watch_dogs game.

for that, I’ll investigate by grabbing different guns from toolbox and btw, I did remove the viruses since I use the plugin to remove all viruses

edit: I investigated and I realized that the gun was not filteringenabled friendly, so problem solved!

I might be wrong but I think the gun that you’re using is being ran completely off a local script, locally dealing damage from the client side, which doesn’t replicate to the server. In other words, you’re locally damaging the npc. Not 100% sure as the video doesn’t show how the gun is scripted and the gun functions similar to a gun that i’ve experimented with before.

I’m going to be honest but even though Lisa Gaming is a controversial figure and should really be banned on Roblox, you should not be making a game on her. People have given them enough attention as it is and they will keep trolling by making games like this.

Anyways, it could be free models but you could need to add some scripts to it in order to make it work. It would be great if you could show any code for the rig below so we can provide more accurate help. @PortABoi has probably figured it out for you though.
