I am also having the same issue. Only my main account has been affected, my alt accounts (same email) are fine, and I can continue to log into them without issue.
The reason given on the termination notice was the same as others report, “You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account”. The review date similarly is over a year ago.
This comes days after I used a free VPN for an extended period of time while working on public wifi.
My first appeal has been rejected with the same message that many others have posted here.
