I have been trying for months to resolve what I believe is an incorrect account association involving my account, Omnivoidgod, and a separate family member’s account, IRONENDER4.
My concern is not simply that an appeal was denied. The main issue is that every normal support ticket I submit regarding this matter appears to be automatically closed, preventing what I believe is a meaningful manual review.
On March 5, 2026, my account received a permanent enforcement action. A separate family member’s account later received a notice stating that it was linked to @Om*** and that only the banned account could appeal the action. The same notice also states that if the accounts should not be linked, an appeal may be submitted from that account.
I respectfully dispute that account association. The two accounts belong to different people and operate with separate registration email addresses, separate passwords, separate devices, and separate support correspondence.
I have made repeated attempts to resolve this through the standard Roblox support process. Every appeal or support ticket I submit regarding this issue appears to enter the same automated closure loop without what I believe to be a manual review.
I also attempted to contact staff through the DevForum. I tried sending a private message to the moderation team, but my forum trust level does not allow me to message staff directly. I then attempted to tag staff groups publicly to request guidance, but my account permissions prevent me from doing that as well.
Because I could not resolve the matter through the normal support channels, I prepared and mailed an MIDR to Roblox . The package includes supporting documentation and exhibits relating to my account history, the account-association issue, and my previous appeal efforts.
I have also submitted a personal information request regarding the records used to make the account-association determination and have pursued other available avenues to seek clarification.
At this point, I am not asking the DevForum community to overturn a moderation action. I am simply trying to find a way for what I believe is an account-association issue to receive a genuine manual human review instead of remaining trapped in an automated support loop.
