ENLITE Theatre Event Manager Handbook
Hello Event Managers! This handbook is designed to help most of you guys throughout your role as an Event Manager. This handbook is very useful with many important details regarding to your role so make sure to read through everything thoroughly. If you have any questions, please speak with LATENU!
THE ROLE OF AN EVENT MANAGER
Event Manager is a role here at ENLITE Theatre where specific members that have this role are able to host events on the ENLITE Server.
MAIN EVENTS THAT ARE HOSTED BY THIS ROLE
- Community Plays
Community plays are plays that can be hosted by Event Managers, the plays do not need previous planning but, information about the play that is to be hosted must be provided within the event announcement such as the plot of the play. The set of the play is to be built by a variety of members within the theatre hence the name “Community Play”.
- Building Competitions
Building competitions can be hosted by Event Managers, the competitions are held outside of the map within the big three building booths. The tools used within the building competitions would be the normal F3X tools (not :btools). Within these competitions players are to be arranged in teams as there are only three booths, the competitions can go on for as many rounds as you want with each round having a specific theme that the players would have to build according to.

- The only thing to change is the main plot of the play as shown within this announcement example
- The announcement ends with the community play image
- Make sure @ Event members are tagged

- Building Competitions are announced with this exact format
- The main body of the announcement CAN be changed, this is just an example
- The announcement ends with the building competition image
- Make sure @ Event members are tagged
