For pretext, I’m writing this on behalf of Zeus_Kaddin and his group was recently content deleted over a logo we used, having no idea that it was copyrighted on the platform and the owner of it DMCA’d the logo without asking us to take it down.
Zeus cant remove the logo and the guy is being an ass about releasing the claim, (he’s refusing to release the claim for us to remove it or even allowing us to pay him to release the claim due to zeus having a bad history with him.) What should we tell support to get the group unbanned? are we SOL? Any help is appreciated here from those who have dealt with issues like this more.
