｜Please read the Terms of Service very carefully. By reading this you agree & represent all of the criteria above;
- You will comply and bound by the following Terms of Service and Conditions. (“TERMS OF SERVICE”).
Right of Refusal of Service
I reserve the right to decline/quit any commission for any reason and time. This may include but is not limited to inappropriate behavior, disrespectful attitude, or questionable intentions. I have right to refuse any commision at my discretion. If your commission request is declined, I will notify you as soon as possible and you will get full refund.Payment and Pricing
All commission prices will be communicated and agreed upon before the start of the project. I will never include taxes in my prices. So, you are responsible to cover them.Refunds and Cancellations
Once I have started working on a commissioned project, there will be no refunds. If I cancel your commission due to my personal life problems, you will receive full refund and 5% discount on the next order as an apology.Copyright and Usage
The client may use the work in their projects, but selling or distributing it without my consent is not allowed. Additional price may apply if the client wants to sell or distrube the work. Please keep in your mind that the commissioned work is protected by copyright laws.Roblox ToS
I do not accept requests that violate Roblox’s Terms of Service and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the request follows these rulesCommunication and Revisions
I will provide regular updates on the progress of the project, listen your feedback and suggestions. Minor revisions can be requested within a reasonable limit. What is ‘reasonable’ is up to my discretion. Any major revisions may require an additional payment. Any revisions when product is nearly finished or totally finished will also require an additional payment.Schedule
You must respond to me within a 3 days of adding/asking for a commission, if you go silent for longer than this I will cancel your commision and you will get no refund. If I feel like you are deliberately going silent in order to evade the commission, I will take actions against you.Bug Fixing
Any design-related issues found within 7 days of delivery will be fixed free of charge, after that period fixes may require an additional fee and are not guaranteed.NDA
If an NDA(Non-Disclosure Agreement) is signed I will respect it fully, however in cases of scam or malicious intent I reserve the right to share relevant information with my legal team.
