10 minutes before scheduled session: Host will shout on the group the following:

Once it’s starting time, the host will :slock the server and :m these messages in order
• Hello! I am your host [name] joined by my co-host [name]. Please pay close attention to these messages as to not miss any important information.
• During your session, you must not ask questions unless you use PTS. Just say PTS and a team member will message you for your question.
• You will be asked a series of questions and may be asked to complete tasks. While doing so, make sure to stay polite and use grammar.
• Failing to use proper grammar will lead to I warning. After III warnings, you would be considered failed.
• If you don’t pass, don’t worry! You can always try again next time. Don’t attack your interviewer, they are taking time out of their day to interview you.
• Now, is everyone ready?
The co-host will monitor the interviewees during the session. Hosts and co-hosts will review answers to make sure they actually passed. Only the host will rank passers.
Trainers pick I person to train at a time. Trainers will say the following when GREETING the trainee.
Hi! I’m [name], your trainer for today. Do you have any questions before we begin?
[Once questions are cleared] Great! Please follow me to the training room.]
[We do NOT have a training guide set for Baristas yet. If you see someone looking to train for Barista, tell them that they can train for another role or wait while we work on adding in Barista training, which will be coming very soon!]
Receptionist Training Guide
Please click on the computer screen and go through the tutorial. Let me know if you get stuck or when you’re done.
When done, say:
Great! I will now walk away and come back. When I do, please share your greeting with me.
Then, check in to a regular or Premium rooms. Premium rooms are free at the training center.

Barista Training Guide
Hi! I’ll ask you to make a couple items one by one. You can find the Barista guide on the wall or on our group description. This cafe has the same items as the real cafe.

If the items are all correct, move on. If not, teach them how to make the items properly.

Q: What do you do if there’s a troller?
A: Give them III warnings, then tell Security or an MR+. For example: “Warning I – Troller Name –Reason"
Q: What do you do if there’s an exploiter?
A: Capture screenshot or video proof and then send it to an MR+ right away.
Next, we’ll move to Troller Training. During this, I’ll act like a troller and you’ll act as if I was a real troller.
[Do typical troller stuff and guide them along the way. Once they give you III warnings for trolling, you may end the session with them]
Did they pass or not?
Great question. If they have more than 3 grammar strikes, they failed. If they gave good answers and did not have 3 grammar strikes, they probably passed.
