The issues originates from this game: Aquarium Tycoon 🐠🐟 - Roblox
It occurs randomly to attest 2/3 of the time, other times the game is fine.
The glitch occurs with what appears to be very large meshes clipping in and out of the terrain and causing violent flashing, it also seems to stop from happening when the player changes the camera angle to a specific angle. The team has tried considering all possibilities on what could be causing this yet we reach to no solution or the root of the issue.
