The title explains it all, whenever I equip this cup tool, I get stuck in the ground, and I can’t move, please explain.

Its probally anchored, if a tool is anchored u get stuck where its placed at.

Its fine to let the tool cancollide on but anchored on make it get stuck.

If I had to guess, your tool is anchored. This means that it’s locked into place, most likely inside the ground. First, try un-anchoring the tool as a whole.
If the tool falls apart afterwards then I would just weld the tool back together, either using a welding plugin or using Roblox’s own welding tool. A photo tutorial for Roblox’s welding will be linked below, just be sure to highlight the two or more parts you’d like to weld together before clicking Weld.

You’re tool is anchored. Go to the models tab on the top and choose anchor until its completely unselected (when the option is selected it is usually gray).

if its because that u want to put parts together in one tool u should use a weld, like Chocolate said, i recommend using moon animator plugin that got a easy weld, it really make making tools with more than one part easier for me.
