Interesting, the pants show up when I use R15 but not R6.

This happens to me a lot as well. This is only a visual glitch your profile screen but when you join a game, it will show both your shirt and your pants.
That is what happens to me, anyway. Try joining a game and let me know if it works.

I joined a game and my avatar seems fine, also now my pants show up on my avatar on the site, too! Thanks for clearing this up!
