Ereso Hotels is a group on Roblox with over 1000 members and counting. Founded in April 2020 and starting from humble beginnings, we have a fantastic and engaged community who are keen for the group and game to grow as far as it can. We are looking for an emerging Programmer who would be interested in working with the group on a commission basis to help improve our main game and other places if required. You will get to work closely with myself and the groups founder to deliver excellent updates to the community.
Our community is also very inclusive, and we welcome anyone to join us. We promise to treat our developers with care and not to over-rush or pressure you.

Requirements
We are looking for competent programmers who already have at least a couple months worth of experience of Programming. We are looking mostly for those with a good knowledge of Lua and that are willing to learn and adapt if required. [Knowledge in other programming languages is favourable too!] Some things you may need to work with, or create include:
- Spillage Systems
- Cooking Systems
- DataStores featuring worker points for staff
- UI programming
- Check In / Check Out systems
- Discord Bots
Of course, this list is subject to change and we will approach you when we need something created for the game. You may not necessarily have to work on Discord Bots for example - but the knowledge will be good in case.
Payment will be fair within a budget we have, and according to your own talents. For small tasks you may be paid a couple hundred Robux, whilst for larger tasks you can be paid up to a few thousand.
How Do I Apply?
If you are interested in applying for this role, please PM me on the forum with your portfolio and some of your own open source code (to understand your style and practices). I will ignore you if you message me on Discord or on any other platform. We will perform background checks on you before we give you the position to make sure you fit our expectations.
Then, you will be added into a group chat with me and madularity on Discord before we confirm your position on the team. This will also be where you are given commissions and prices can be discussed, examples can be shown, etc. Upon good performance and when our game starts to generates enough, you may be able to earn a percentage of the game earnings.
You must be at least 13 to apply, since you will need Discord to engage with us.
