hello, im trying to play roblox but everytime i open from the web it keeps giving this error making me launch from the launcher instead (which is pretty annoying). tried deleting/reinstalling roblox

ok so update. disabling my extensions and razer cortex kinda fixed the problem, it still happens alot but theres like a 1% chance it opens. it also resets all my settings which is annoying
If you’re using a VPN to connect to Roblox this error may occur.

i dont have any vpns installed and i disabled any vpn related settings
i think i fixed it??? disabling like ad blockers or smth (maybe even rogold) fixed the problem idk
nvm its still happening, also this actually has been happening for months the last time i checked

Hi reckdave, I’ve had this before. My alt was banned for a day and that’s what caused it, I think this is called a hardware ban. Have u tried deleting all ur data from Roblox and reinstall it?

think its actually fixed now. its strange tho cuz i dont remember being banned on any account i have so yea
