Error Code 260 when trying to join any Roblox game

I get error code 260 when I’m trying to join a Roblox game on my phone and computer.

This only happened to specific games yesterday, but now it’s happening to every single Roblox game for me.

Things I have tried:

  • Restarting my phone,
  • Restarting my computer,
  • Restarting my router,
  • Allowing Roblox on firewall,
  • Searched the entire internet for a solution

System Information:

CPU: Intel(R) Core™i5-4590 @ 3.30 GHZ
Memory: 16.0 GB DDR3
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030

Expected behavior

I expect to join any roblox game I want

Are you 10000% sure you’re not enrolled into a beta program? There is small message saying you cannot play with other production users :thinking:

I am in the server authority program thing. but I was able to play a few games before

I think happens because of the AWS crash, this will probably get fixed in the next few days

In case someone’s playing on Sober:
Roblox has marked Version 691 as outdated. So Sober just won’t work until it updates.

EDIT: not anymore, just update Sober and you’ll be good.
