Error Code 267 keeps coming up... How do I fix this?

Hey! So I have a game that was recently developed, we had someone come on and exploit the game, ever since then it will not let you onto game but it will let you on game inside of studio… Does anybody know what could of happened or how to fix it?

Looks like your anti-cheat is picking something up that doesn’t allow people to join. Review your “Anti-Exploit” and see if there is maybe a whitelist or just remove that said Anti-Exploit, since it is doing a bad job at actually preventing exploiters.
