Error Code 500 when I access settings

Hello, a few months ago my account iiSt3veii was hacked by the RoLinker bookmark scam. Every account setting was changed and everytime I go to my account settings it gives me an error code 500 and it doesn’t let me leave my group. I am still logged in on my phone so I can use quick login but I can’t do anything else.

I have contacted roblox support but they haven’t helped at all so I was wondering is there any way to get past this error or atleast just be able to leave my group so I can get ownership on this account.

And yes this bug is because of the hack because it shows up even on my phone and when I go on another account the error is gone. This has been happening for months.

Expected behavior

I would be able to access my settings, change group ownership or send funds to my current account.

Can you do inspect element and press console, then see if there are any error 500 related errors? if yes, try tapping on the url on them if they have one, if it shows you something like this [not actually the logRatio text, just a page in this style]

Then tell me the content of it for each url. If there are no errors, try visiting this url and tell me what it shows like on the image.

We made a few changes internally since your original post. Could you please give this another try and let us know if you still get the 500?
