Error Hints Disappear Instantly

Happens about 75% of the time. Appears to help if I do not move my mouse absolutely whatsoever

Moving your mouse makes the error disappear. This was normal, but it was annoying. It should also appear below the command bar, but it’s inconsistent at best.
