Hi dear user,
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Can you open up the developer console network tab in whatever browser you are using and send us a screenshot of the network call to this endpoint: https://www.roblox.com/favorite/toggle when you click on the favorite button? That will likely contain some error message that can help us to debug this further.

I have the same issue with my account, it seems to be a client sided issue as I’ve tried to use an alt and it worked fine. For further help here’s a video & my Network Console

The two response messages are quite different, but taking a closer look are exactly the same, for some reason thought the account on the top seems to have printed out the data of the code, while the one on the bottom seems to have actually printed the code. I don’t know if this makes any difference, as I’m not keen on CSS, JS, JSON, HTML, etc. Maybe this could be apart of it? I’m quite unsure.
I have sent a ticket to roblox technical department, so hopefully it can be-resolved, and I’m hoping this isn’t some bug thats going to cause a major headache.
