The download button only downloads the errors from the first page, instead of downloading all of the errors from all the pages for the selected period.
When you click to download the data as a CSV, it’s intended that it only downloads the data on that current page rather than all the pages.
As for the Ignore Error Button not working, I believe that’s because you already have a rule in place that’s ignoring that message, and we don’t allow duplicate rules.
the button is working, the error is not being ignored, it would be nice to have a button to download all logs from the selection as you do not provide an api to do so and the error filtering is faulty
Hi, thanks for the additional context. We understand the need to be able to download all logs. We’re currently in the process of adding an API for error logs, and I’ll follow up here when it becomes available.
Regarding errors remaining visible after adding a rule: regex rules only apply to errors generated after the rule is created. They do not retroactively hide errors generated before then, so those historical errors will remain visible in the selected period.
