For the past few hours, uploading any UGC item to the marketplace from any place results in the item getting stuck around 97% and then erroring after a 1-2 minute period of time with the error “Content creation has reached its time threshold.” Nothing relevant appears in the output window
I can confirm that I am also experiencing this and I am unable to upload any ugc.
