On my game’s page, the website goes to an error page as soon as the game’s first YouTube preview loads.
Is this happening for anyone else?

Yeah, it doesn’t load on the roblox page, but going to the youtube page works.
For me, the whole Roblox page is crashing to the error page with the picture of the guy falling down the pit.

Loads fine for me on Firefox. Which browser are you two using?
I"m using Google Chrome. This just started happening to me today, though.

I used to have an issue where every sound asset page redirected to the roblox error page. I quit having this problem after I switched internet service providers. I assume this is something similar. If you have a smart phone with mobile data, try loading it using that. If it loads, you know it’s something wrong with either your internet or your computer.
Yeah, the second one crashes for me
This happened before to me as well (on a different game page)
I have seen this before, but it is very strange. Seems to be specific YouTube videos.
Can you post here the YouTube link? Looks like you removed the second video (I’m not seeing it now).
I checked it out, and now it seems worse. I went to the game page and the ROBLOX Error page pops up the moment the thumbnail preview gets to the video (just 2 seconds after getting on the page). It looks like it’s skipping some thumbnails.

This is happening to lots of users who want to play my game. Here’s one complaint (of many) I just recieved:
I hope this gets fixed, or else I’m going to have to take down the video from my game. The video thumbnail feature at this time is much too glitchy to be worth the potential users I lose due to this error popping up…
