I was in a place with two Mac users and one asked me how to turn on mouselock. I told him it was the first option in the escape menu, right above camera mode, but he said it wasn’t there. I asked him to send me a screenshot, and the other Mac user concurred that he was missing stuff too.
List of things missing from escape menu on Mac:
Record tab
Shift Lock Switch
Movement Mode
Mouse Sensitivity
While iOS is held back by app reviews, OS X is not, and even if it was everything but the recording is controlled through Lua, which isn’t subject to review AFAIK. Is the missing stuff intentional on OS X? That would be my first assumption, but them not having the shift lock switch makes me think it’s unintentional, because I can’t think of any reason why that’d be on Windows but not Mac.
