We hope that this forum will allow you to revise the ranks and to ensure that if you are going to work at Espresso you’ll know what ranks are what.
Low Rank
Awaiting Training - Pass the quiz, then you’ll need to attend training to apprehend to the next rank.
Junior Barista - Passed trainings, you can now work behind the counters.
Barista - Passed trainings, you can work behind the counters.
Senior Barista - Passed Senior Barista training, you can work behind the counters.
Middle Rank
Management Intern - Passed the MR applications. Have to go through training to gain the next rank.
Staff Assistant - Passed the MR training and now you are able to supervise the cafe, you can also help with trainings.
Supervisor - Host shifts, co-host trainings and supervise the cafe.
Manager - Host trainings, shifts, supervise at the cafe and also rank at trainings.
High Rank
Board of Administration - Overseer trainings, promote at trainings and shifts. Host shifts, trainings and supervise at the cafe.
Human Resources Director - Overseer trainings, promote at trainings and shifts. Host shifts, trainings and supervise at the cafe, Manage the staffing team and also manage the quota’s more features will be described after you gain the department.
Public Relations Director - Overseer trainings, promote at trainings and shifts. Host shifts, trainings and supervise at the cafe, manage alliances and also manage events and game-nights.
