Event Emulator button is in toolbar, despite being an internal-only plugin and does nothing

The Event Emulator is an internal mode plugin that as far as I know is used to test events. However, it seems like the button has appeared in non-internal Studio

The button does nothing when pressed since the plugin itself isn’t initialised. This is a clean install that has not been patched with internal mode.

(lol it shows it in search even if you cant turn it on, pretty funny)

Expected behavior

The button to only be there if I have internal mode.

I triaged this down to the Enable Internal Features setting being true, instead of using StuduoService.HasInternalFeatures
