  • Failing/passing

[Failing]

Unfortunately, you have failed today’s training due to not handling our trolling simulation properly. [Reason here, an example: You should only use !help once]

[Passing]

Congratulations! You have passed today’s training due to obtaining the total amount of required points! Although, I do advise that you still participate in the training!

[NOTE]
Throughout this training guide, you will see letters in front of the scripts. Pay attention to these, according to the letters is who will be saying the following line in chat.

T = Trainer
AT = Assistant
B = Either Trainer or Assistant (based on availability)

When copy & pasting the scripts, do NOT include the letter in front of them.

Failure to comply will result in punishment by the HR Team.

[START]

T Please find a register, one register per person only.

T Hello, Everyone! My name is (your name) and I will be your trainer for this session, I wish you all the best of luck in passing this training session.

AT Hello, Everyone! My name is (your name) and you will have my assistance for this training session.

T We will begin with a trolling simulation. I will be performing a trolling scenario and you will have to directly give me a warning, such as “Stop trolling”.

T If you encounter a troller, you should only warn them ONCE to stop trolling. If they do not stop, call an admin by saying “!help”

T Exploiters are players who are able to get through restricted areas, fly, or use dance exploits that aren’t regular emotes using third-party scripts.

AT Immediately call an admin using “!help” if you see someone exploiting, bypassing, being discriminative or being inappropriate.

AT If there are no admins in game, try to get proof to send to an MR+, or ask for help via roblox messages. Help can also be requested in the communications by creating a support ticket.

AT If a customer is speaking another language, attempt to use an online translator in order to converse with them or call an admin to assist you.

T For this section, please step back once you’ve called !help to show that you’ve called an admin. Do not step up until the end of the trolling section, where I will ask you to.

T An example of an appropriate greeting would be something like: “Greetings! I’m (Your name) and welcome to Evergreen cafe. How may I help you?

T Does anyone have any questions before we begin the trolling simulation? Silence will be taken as a no.

T Okay, we will now begin the trolling simulation where I act as a troller, please state your greetings as soon as I ask for them!

T Great job, everyone! Please take a step forward and allow me to review how you handled the troller.

T We will now resume with an ordering section, I will order 3 progressively more difficult items and give you 2 minutes for each. If you are stuck, use the !recipes command.

[1] (1 item)

[2] (2 items)

[3] (3 items)

T Great! This order is correct, you have received a point.

T Sorry, this order is incorrect, I’ll PM you the correct order.

B At the cafe, say “!give (username)” to give a player an item when you have selected it. Abuse of this command will not be tolerated.

B You may choose to accept or deny orders with more than three items, you are open to create your own order limit. However, the recommended limit is 3 items.

B To use a register at the cafe, click “Claim” on the register screen. Click “Unclaim” on the register to unclaim it. Mind you this doesn’t work at the training center.

B To enable/disable NPC’s the cafe, claim a register and click the “Enable NPC’s” button in blue, to disable click the same button again.

T Great job! You have fulfilled the requirements to pass this training session. I do highly encourage that you still participate, though.

T Unfortunately, you have failed this training session due to [REASON]

T Everyone Junior Barista + will have access to the “!help” command which will make an admin teleport to them, this command is not to be abused.

T Failure to follow the rules, or requests of an admin will result in consequences, such as a demotion.

T Do you have any questions before you are promoted? Silence will be taken for a no.

[BRING THEM BACK TO THE HOST TO BE RANKED]

RANKER SAYS:

I will now state information key to your success here at Evergreen! Pay attention as I will not be repeating any of this.

To give an item, simply say “!give (Username)” do NOT give people unwanted items, you will be demoted.

At the cafe, you have access to the “!help” command, which will make an admin teleport to you. This command should ONLY be used in the cafe building and if abused, will result in demotion.

If you see another staff member abusing their commands or breaking any of our other rules don’t hesitate to report them, even if they are a moderator. Collect proof in the form of videos & screenshots.

Staff members, no matter their rank, should NOT be abusing their commands. To report a LR, simply create a ticket or ask a MR about it. We will not be going over how to report a MR staff member in this session.

At the cafe, you are expected to be respectful to your peers and customers, arguing, harassing, or engaging in trolling with them will ultimately result in demotion.

At our cafe, you can create tips as a way for customers to pay you robux for your service! To set up a tip, create a gamepass or shirt and upload it to roblox! Set a price and put it for sale.

Customers will be able to interact with your tip jar and pay you robux! We suggest that you do not beg for it, as you are less likely to get paid! (Please note: It may take a few weeks for you to get your robux due to robux pending!)

Grammar is NOT required at our cafe, although your sentences must be understandable by others in basic english.

It is recommended that you do not use “Bigger” words in your greetings, as they might not make sense to our younger audience!

Before you are all dismissed & ranked. Do you have any questions?

Great, please follow me to be ranked!

[Sticky message - can be done by anyone!]

:briefcase: | Grammar is NOT required at our cafe, although your sentences must be understandable by others in basic english.

:necktie: | Respect is needed at all times towards your trainer and fellow baristas. Disrespect is not tolerated.

:briefcase: | Pay attention to your trainer for instructions during each section of the training to ensure you are doing everything correctly. You do not want to end up making silly mistakes.

:necktie: | Do not give your order to your trainer until they ask for it.

:necktie: | When you’ve passed, you are to wait on the lines quietly for your promotion. Once promoted, you are dismissed unless told otherwise.

:necktie: | For Trainees, you need to reach 6/10, 3 in drinks, 3 in trivia to pass. Junior Baristas, you need 8/10, 4 in drinks, 4 in trivia to pass. Baristas, you need 10/10, 5 in drinks, 5 in trivia to pass.

:briefcase: | Throughout the training, you will be tested on five orders in total, all of which are not timed. As well as that, you will be answering three trivia questions with two rounds of a trolling simulation. Although, you should be able to complete the orders in a reasonable amount.

:briefcase: | During the ordering section, your trainer can and will only say the order once. They will not repeat their order if you missed it, so make sure you pay attention. Once you’re ready to hand in your order, do not give it until your trainer asks for it.

:briefcase: | During the trolling simulator, your trainer will dress up like a troller and act as if they’re trolling. Although, you are still to act as if it’s an actual situation at the cafe, which includes greeting them when they come up to you.

:briefcase: | Remember not to give outright warnings to the troller. You should call an admin instead after a reasonable amount of trolling has occurred. To do this, simply say “!help” then take a step back so your trainer knows you are done.

:briefcase: | Keep in mind that while at Evergreen we do appreciate teamwork, you are not allowed to help your group members under any circumstances. This is a test where you should only focus on your own work.

:briefcase: | If you reach the sufficient number of points that are needed for the section, you won’t be able to earn any more points until your group switches sections. You are still required to participate, though, as it is good practice for working at the café.

:necktie: | That is all for our rules & regulations! If you have any further questions, please direct them to your respective trainers! Please remain seated as you will be teleported to your stations shortly!

[Rules finished]

[Trainers & trainees to stations]

At this point, the Host & Co-host usually become spectators, your job is to walk around and observe how trainers are dealing with disruptions, and make notes about it. Although, if there is a lack of training staff; the Host & Co-host have the ability to become a trainer & assistant trainer respectively.

Once the training has ended and there are no more trainees, you can keep the server open for a max of 30 minutes. Feel free to relax and talk with your friends! It is crucial that the host shuts down the server after you are done! Even if you are alone with your fellow management, you should still remain mature & never abuse your commands. They are logged.
