Every single package in game got yellow circle despite being up to date

(i didn’t see a category for studio issues so I’m putting this in scripting support)

So as the title says while I was working on my game and went to publish the changes (i have a separate development game/universe for development then publish to the main game when an update is done) it said some packages were not updated so i clicked select all and saw that every single package had the yellow circle next to it,
when i right click and select “view script changes” it says there are no changes but if I try to select “undo changes to package” it does nothing.

While trying to fix it i made the mistake of selecting “publish changes to package” then selecting “update all”,

this made the yellow circle go away on every script that belonged to the same package but I can now no longer edit any script that belongs to that package and at the top of the script editor it says “This script is read-only as it is part of a package.”, i have never seen this before and I’ve always been able to edit scripts that I’ve made into packages.

for now I’ve saved the place to roblox to save my progress without needing to have every single package published, also for every package in the game i made a script itself into a package and didn’t put a script inside of something else and made that a package

resetting studio somehow fixed this

by resetting do you mean uninstalling and reinstalling?

closing it and re executing it
