Every time I play solo, I need to wait 30-45 seconds for my character's assets to load. None of my client scripts run until then

This has been happening on and off for months. I play solo, server scripts run, but my client scripts don’t run for 30-45 seconds. I can tell my scripts are about to load when my clothing textures load in. The entire client seems to hang on something loading. This is not any of my code causing this – literally nothing runs on the client for an extended period of time.

Hi, can you reproduce this on a new instance of studio and then submit a log?

  1. We’ve just shipped performance improvements to Play Solo that have hopefully helped with this performance.
  2. We’ve tried but have not been able to reproduce this, and have not seen logs so we can’t take further action. Please contact us if you have more information or need additional help.
