Everytime i make a number attribute on a part it vanishes when i click off said part but says it still exists unable for me to access it

I’m trying to make a tycoon and the the attribute for my UserId keeps on vanishing, while the other “Taken” attribute i have, seems to have no issues at all only my number attributes ever have issues.

but then at the same time it also says it already exists when i try to create it again

ive tried restarting and reinstalling studio and checking youtube and google for solutions finding nothing and so i have come here as a last resort

What you did should work fine, are you sure there are no other scripts affecting it? Also, are you sure you’re adding the attribute on the right object?

yes i found that restarting my studio would make them all appear as normal but its a reoccuring issue idk what do and do not want to restart my studio everytime i want to view attributes
